Clothing Room Supervisor

Accept and track clothing donations while organizing items by gender, style, and color. Maintain the DL clothing room on a day-to-day basis, ensuring adequate hangers are available and the area remains neat and orderly. Reclaim specific items for distribution and dispose of others as needed. Train resident and volunteer workers, manage volunteer groups of various sizes and ages, and direct work activities. Assist the Executive Director with special assignments. Requires a patient and caring attitude toward the homeless, strong organizational abilities, and high school education or equivalency.
