Job Summary
Process all apparel merchandise shipments from receipt to sales floor stocking, adhering to Visual Merchandising and MPS Standards. Systematically replenish the sales floor using inventory management systems and RF devices while maintaining organized backstock. Unload trucks, assist with pricing maintenance and signage, and ensure work areas remain clean and well-stocked. Demonstrate exceptional customer service to guests and maintain effective relationships with management and co-workers. Perform tasks under general supervision with occasional independent judgment to resolve problems.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to use company computer systems and devices such as System Two, RF/Gizmo devices & Point of Sale register system
- Ability to process and organize information to include plan-o-grams, visual guides & merchandising standards
- Ability to review replenishment reporting to organize merchandise to fill the sales floor
- Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to our customers and other outfitters
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, co-workers and customers
- Regularly walks, stands, and does computer work
- Occasionally lifts up to 50 lbs
- Ability to use ladders and/or lifts as needed
