Job Summary
Process all apparel merchandise shipments from receipt to sales floor stocking, adhering to Visual Merchandising and MPS Standards. Systematically replenish the sales floor using the inventory management system while unloading trucks as needed. Maintain advertised sales knowledge to support backroom organization, assist with pricing and signage, and ensure the work area remains clean and stocked. Keep backstock merchandise organized and accessible, demonstrating exceptional customer service for all guests. Perform general duties as assigned under general supervision.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to use company computer systems and devices such as System Two, RF/Gizmo devices & Point of Sale register system
- Ability to process and organize information to include plan-o-grams, visual guides & merchandising standards
- Ability to review replenishment reporting to organize merchandise to fill the sales floor
- Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to our customers and other outfitters
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, co-workers and customers
- Regularly walks, stands, and does computer work
- Occasionally lifts up to 50 lbs
- Ability to use ladders and/or lifts as needed
