Job Summary
Process all apparel merchandise shipments from receipt to sales floor stocking, adhering to Visual Merchandising and MPS Standards while utilizing the inventory management system. Systematically replenish the sales floor as required, unloading trucks and assisting with pricing maintenance and signage. Keep work areas clean and organized, ensuring backstock remains accessible while demonstrating exceptional customer service. Use RF/Gizmo devices and computer systems to review replenishment reporting and organize merchandise. Perform tasks under general supervision, utilizing established procedures to resolve problems and maintain effective relationships with management, co-workers, and guests.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to use company computer systems and devices such as System Two, RF/Gizmo devices & Point of Sale register system
- Ability to process and organize information to include plan-o-grams, visual guides & merchandising standards
- Ability to review replenishment reporting to organize merchandise to fill the sales floor
- Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to our customers and other outfitters
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, co-workers and customers
- Regularly walks, stands, and does computer work
- Occasionally lifts up to 50 lbs
- Ability to use ladders and/or lifts as needed
