Job Summary
Deliver friendly customer service, assist customers in-store, and provide fast, friendly checkout. Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POGs); execute merchandise recovery to ensure in-stock, well-merchandised shelves. Engage customers on rewards and private label credit card enrollments; educate on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey. Support Omni-channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production; perform AD set duties and Store In Stock Optimization (SISO). Adhere to SOPs, safety programs, and company policies; maintain a positive, respectful attitude and role-model company values. Other duties as assigned.
