Job Summary
Operate as the first point of contact for members and guests entering the resort, delivering high-quality customer service and hospitality. Responsibilities include handling inbound calls and outbound outreach to engage and retain members, educating members on club programming, events, pricing, and policies, assisting with member account maintenance and transactions, supporting new membership sales and retention, and performing problem solving and service recovery using available tools. Requires multitasking, strong verbal communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment; typically an on-site role with hourly pay between $15.50 and $18.50 based on experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales
- Complete Retention Specialist Certification within 60 days of hire
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to stand for 4 hours
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
