Job Summary
Closing Shift Manager at Popeyes leads by example during fast-paced shifts, greets guests, packages orders, trains and motivates team, forecasts product usage, ensures product quality and safety, manages inventory and cash control, and collaborates with the Assistant and General Manager to meet store goals and brand standards. The role requires strong guest-service skills, leadership, and the ability to operate multiple stations, maintain health and safety standards, and adapt to a dynamic restaurant environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Ability to interact in a positive and professional manner with Guests and coworkers
- Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations & work multiple stations
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 60 pounds with assistance
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Experience in supervising or lead role in a restaurant or customer-service environment (preferred)
