Job Summary
Plan shifts, monitor performance, and ensure the team meets McDonald's standards for food safety, quality production, and customer service. Manage inventory, oversee daily maintenance and cleanliness, and handle safety, security, and profitability during evening/night closing. Lead crew and other managers to help assigned departments meet targets while closing the restaurant. Work flexible full or part-time schedules from 4pm to 1am with free meals and tuition assistance.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work from 4pm - 1am
