Job Summary
Lead Back of House operations during high-volume shifts and closing shifts, helping create a steady, organized, and encouraging kitchen environment. Coach team members with maturity, clarity, and care while supporting operational excellence to deliver accurate, high-quality food quickly and safely. Build trust by setting the standard for dependability, communication, and follow-through, and maintain food safety, cleanliness, and Chick-fil-A standards. Partner with other leaders to deliver remarkable results across the restaurant. This hands-on leadership role emphasizes values, coaching, and developing leaders who can lead with steadiness during high-volume shifts at a locally owned restaurant ranked No. 1 in customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of Leadership experience
- Must be available to regularly close as business needs require
- Must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Must be dependable and able to set the standard for attendance and professionalism
- Must be willing to learn, listen, give feedback, and receive feedback well
- Must have a basic understanding of kitchen operations
- Passion for Chick-fil-A's values and care for people
Desired Qualifications
- Restaurant experience is helpful, but not required
- ServSafe certification is a plus, but not required
- Hospitality experience (preferred)
