Closing shift crew member and baker responsibilities include preparing high-quality baked goods, maintaining cleanliness and organization, leading with energy in a team environment, following food safety standards, building relationships with store leadership and the community, enforcing training standards, directing shifts and handling stress, overseeing store operations by leading by example, fostering a growth mindset and training others, delivering excellent customer service and recovery, and participating in end-to-end production and clean-up tasks.
