Job Summary
Greet customers, engage them in conversation to identify shopping needs, and build the basket by recommending additional items. Answer customer questions, resolve concerns, and educate shoppers on company initiatives, exclusive products, and special offerings like the wine club. Motivate sales associates to focus on great customer service while maintaining a clean, organized, stocked, and tagged store environment. Support the store management team as needed. This closing shift role is based at 119 Klevin Street in Mountain View, with a pay rate of $19.00 to $22.00 per hour, subject to educational-based pay increases.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Strong communication skills for interactions with customers and sales staff
- Knowledge or interest in wine, beer, and/or spirits
Desired Qualifications
- Retail sales experience
