Closing Sales Lead - Brown Jug - Downtown Anchorage

Greet customers, engage them in conversation to identify shopping needs, and build the basket by recommending additional items. Answer customer questions, resolve concerns, and educate shoppers on company initiatives, exclusive products, and the wine club. Motivate sales associates to focus on great customer service while keeping the store clean, organized, stocked, and tagged. Support the store management team as needed. Payrate is $19.00 to $22.00 per hour, with educational-based pay increases potentially raising the rate to over $30.00. Candidates must be 21 or older with strong communication skills and an interest in wine, beer, or spirits. Retail sales experience is a plus. An Alcohol Server Card can be obtained after the job offer.
