Job Summary
Manage the full lifecycle of lot acquisition real estate transactions, from contract negotiation through post-closing execution. Coordinate with clients, attorneys, and third parties to ensure timely closing of land and lot deals. Maintain accurate transaction records and prepare necessary documentation for the closing team. Requires a South Carolina Notary Public commission and 3–5 years of specific lot acquisition experience. ABA-approved paralegal certificate or bachelor's degree preferred. Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience handling lot acquisition real estate transactions
- strong understanding of the closing process from contract to post-closing
- A current South Carolina Notary Public commission
