Job Summary
Execute proper communication with affiliated departments, management, and owners while confirming sales and verifying contracts for HICV sales. Handle walk-in cancellations and owner cancellation calls, rewriting sales and assisting with the mail-out process to recover lost business. Reduce the number of completed sales resulting in rescission or default by resolving purchasers' issues, concerns, and questions using discretion. Assist QA management with training and improvement of new and existing employees. This role supports the Quality Assurance department within Sales Operations to ensure high-quality sales outcomes.
