Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of the Closing Department to ensure timely loan closings, manage loan closers, develop written policies and procedures for new departmental products and programs, create job aids for Closing responsibilities (Encompass, Specialty Products, and Workflow), evaluate and motivate employees for productivity, and maintain the closing pipeline. Coordinate with Title Companies, loan origination, and processing to resolve issues delaying closings, supervise 1 to 30 employees, may require occasional overtime and travel, and ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations through effective leadership and pipeline management.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum five years of management experience in Closing for both Dry and Wet States
- Familiarity with Closing Guidelines for FNMA, FHLMC, USDA, and GNMA
- Proficient knowledge of State and Federal Regulatory Policies
- Strong organizational, time management, written and verbal communication skills
- Effective leadership and pipeline management skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel
