Job Summary
Lead your shift by guiding the team with a smile, ensuring all assigned duties are completed, and maintaining financial accountability. Manage inventory, supervise and motivate staff while working side-by-side, and uphold Charter Foods and brand standards. Ensure safe, quality food delivery to customers in a timely manner while maintaining a secure environment for employees and guests. Perform essential tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting shelves, lifting up to 50 lbs., and cleaning the parking lot and grounds. Work night or overnight hours with reliable transportation and basic computer literacy. Must be at least 18 years old. Support the management team in running great shifts and meeting operational goals within the food and beverage industry.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Able to work at night/overnight hours
- Must have reliable transportation
- Basic computer literacy
- Basic business math and accounting skills
- Strong analytical/decision-making skills
- Ability to supervise & motivate the team, while working side-by-side with them
- Able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves, lift and carry out trash containers, and place them in an outside bin
- Able to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant
- Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., and stooping during 80% of shift time
- Must work 30-hrs/wk. to be eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision insurance
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required
