Job Summary
Closing Manager leads department teams (Recovery, Utility, Perishables) and oversees club operations, ensuring GOLD standards and daily readiness; drives performance, ensures audit readiness, oversees onboarding, certification and training for food safety, and serves as Manager on Duty as needed. Requires ServSafe Food Safety Certification (and forklift qualifier), strong leadership, coaching, and the ability to manage multiple departments to deliver a premier member experience.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in retail, supermarket, or warehouse perishable operations required
- Experience in managing inventory turnover and waste reduction strategies
- Forklift Certification required
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, Email) required
- Open shift availability required
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must maintain all training and required certifications
