Job Summary
Provide a home away from home for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years by ensuring their safety and supervision while creating developmentally appropriate curriculum aligned with NAC standards and Arizona Early Learning Standards. Curate programs based on children's interests, maintain a clean environment for exploration, and partner with families to establish care and education plans. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress. This full-time role in Mesa, AZ, requires a high school diploma, six months of licensed childcare experience, and adherence to state employment criteria, with no evening or weekend shifts.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 6+ months of experience in a licensed child care facility
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and remain organized
- Ability to work within regular operating hours
- Must meet state criteria for child care employment
