Job Summary
Shift Leader overseeing restaurant activities on duty, supervising Team Members, ensuring safety and policy compliance, organizing shift schedules, and training staff. Responsibilities include directing tasks, conducting Ops Walks and Q&A checks, greeting and serving guests, maintaining cleanliness, managing cash deposits, and ensuring adherence to food and cash controls. Must have fryer experience and operate kitchen equipment per brand standards, while maintaining high productivity and guest satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old and fluent in English
- Certified in all stations following the DHC Training Program
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction
- Effective communicator with co-workers and restaurant management
