Closing Expert

Closing Expert at Target responsible for delivering an easy, inspiring guest experience and supporting store operations during closing shift. Key duties include greeting guests and assisting with finding items, resolving issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience, ending every guest transaction with a sincere thank you, collaborating with team members to execute closing routines, keeping the sales floor full, zoned, and in stock, following processes with attention to detail, operating equipment safely (including ladders and scanners), and complying with safety policies and local regulations. The role emphasizes a welcoming, service-first attitude, adaptability to a fast-paced environment, and the ability to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping times.
