Job Summary
Back of House Team Member at Chick-fil-A who prepares, cooks, assembles, and presents food to Chick-fil-A standards; knowledgeable of all kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep); stocks kitchen inventory; maintains a neat and orderly kitchen; stays up-to-date on new products and completes in-house training; performs opening/closing tasks and adheres to dress code; must work well independently and in a team, with a flexible schedule and reliability to cover weekend shifts; strong emphasis on food safety, safety around equipment, and collaboration with leadership and restaurant teams.
