Closing Agent - Aspen

The Closing Agent is responsible for completing closing transactions in refinance, resale, and builder segments. The role involves determining requirements, clearing title, preparing closing documents, and disbursing funds. Key responsibilities include acting as a liaison with all parties involved in the transaction, reviewing contracts, preparing balanced settlement statements, and performing post-closing activities.
