Job Summary
Install custom closet systems in clients' homes or businesses according to design specifications, ensuring high-quality workmanship and attention to detail. Maintain a safe and organized work environment while providing exceptional customer service and communication throughout the installation process. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects and follow company policies related to installation and customer service. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required; ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed. Vocational or technical training in carpentry preferred, with experience in custom carpentry and cabinetry a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Familiarity with a variety of tools and equipment used in closet installations
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
