Closet Designer - California Closets of Hilton Head/Bluffton, SC

Commute to customers' homes to design custom storage solutions using proprietary CAD software, meeting monthly and annual sales targets through referrals and repeat business. Collaborate with the installation team to ensure job completion while managing a portfolio of projects across varying complexities. Participate in regular meetings and training sessions to maintain design authority and service excellence. This full-time role (40+ hours/week) includes a 12-week paid training period at $800/week before transitioning to an uncapped earning structure with bonuses. Requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proficiency in Microsoft 365.
