Job Summary
Commute to customers' homes to design custom storage solutions using proprietary CAD software and collaborate with the installation team to ensure job completion. Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets by pursuing referrals and repeat business while managing a portfolio of projects of varying complexity. Complete a 12-week training period with regular showroom hours before transitioning to an uncapped earning structure. This full-time role offers health insurance, 401(k) match, and expense reimbursement within a creative, inclusive environment focused on delivering whole-home organizational solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365
