Job Summary
Entry-level Closet Cabinet Installer responsible for unloading and staging materials, preparing spaces, installing wall-mounted home organization systems and Luxe systems (including custom lighting, trim, and accessories), and completing post-installation paperwork with attention to detail. Training and resources (trucks, tools, and uniform) are provided. Requires HS Diploma or GED; strong verbal, listening, and customer service skills; ability to work independently and in teams; experience with common hand and power tools; ability to lift 50-75 lbs; valid Driver’s License; and availability for four 10-hour shifts per week. Safety protocol adherence and in-home work are required. The role offers competitive pay ($18-25/hour) with bonuses and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED; Trade or vocational school experience desirable
- Strong verbal, listening and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Experience with common hand and power tools
- Ability to work/stand on feet for entire 8+ hour shift
- Ability to lift 50-75lbs; reach, stoop, stand, grasp, balance, climb stairs, kneel, and crouch
- Understanding of safety protocols and requirements
- Must have valid Driver’s License and be able to work in clients’ homes
- Ability to work (4) 10-hour shifts per week
