Closer

Conduct residential loan closings by evaluating files against underwriting guidelines and verifying document accuracy and consistency. Review approved mortgages to ensure all conditions are met, then complete and schedule closing documents for presentation prior to the closing date. Maintain relationships with borrowers, real estate brokers, and Title Companies while acquiring required documents and delivering them to the Title Company, broker, and lending officer. Record loan information in accordance with government standards and answer borrower questions regarding the closing process. Requires 3-5 years of residential loan closing experience, including Bond Loans, with Encompass experience preferred.
