Job Summary
Real Estate Closer/Processor supports residential and commercial transactions from contract to closing in a collaborative closing team. Responsibilities include reviewing title commitments, lender closing instructions, and settlement documents; identifying and resolving title issues; ordering and reviewing surveys, estoppels, title searches, payoffs, and related documents; preparing preliminary CDs and settlement statements; coordinating with buyers, sellers, Realtors, lenders, mortgage brokers, and attorneys to schedule closings; ensuring compliance and timely closings; disbursing funds per closing instructions; maintaining organized records; and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the transaction. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, knowledge of title and closing processes, proficiency with closing software and Microsoft Office, and a proactive, team-oriented approach to achieve accurate, compliant closings. The position is based in Orlando, FL and is full-time.
Required Qualifications
- Experience processing and/or closing real estate transactions in a title company, law firm, or mortgage environment
- Strong knowledge of title commitments, settlement statements, Closing Disclosures, and lender instructions
- Ability to review and resolve title issues efficiently and accurately
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with title and closing software systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of real estate regulations, compliance standards, and closing procedures
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and problem-solving approach
