Job Summary
Read and interpret trust indentures to create technical report specifications, then set up payment calculations in in-house systems. Receive, map, and reconcile periodic collateral data while making tax elections, filing for EINs, and tracking residual holder transfers. Perform portfolio compliance tests on structured fixed income deals and compile monthly, quarterly, and annual payment or tax reports. Coordinate with operations teams to ensure correct payments are received and made, then conduct quality control reviews to meet timeliness and accuracy standards. Frequent interaction with asset managers, investors, auditors, and rating agencies is required. This role involves working from a U.S. Bank location three days per week.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, accounting or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Two to three years of relevant work experience
- This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
- This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week

Desired Qualifications
- Basic understanding of syndicated bank loans, fixed income securities, securitization, trading or mutual funds
- Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data
- Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to perorm multiple tasks and meet established deadlines in a dynamic working environment with minimal supervision
- Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
