Job Summary
CLO Reporting Analyst role supporting trust reporting, collateral data reconciliation, compliance testing, and investor reporting for CLO/CDO vehicles. Responsibilities include interpreting trust indentures to determine reporting requirements, translating indenture language into technical report specifications and cash flow logic, setting up and maintaining payment calculations and reporting structures in proprietary systems, receiving and reconciling collateral/activity data, performing portfolio compliance and trade testing, compiling and delivering monthly/quarterly/annual investor and tax reports, making tax elections and tracking residual holder transfers when required, coordinating with internal teams and external auditors, and delivering timely data and reporting outputs. Requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple complex transactions in a fast-paced environment, and frequent interaction with asset managers, clients, investors, auditors, and third-party administrators.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, accounting or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Less than two years of relevant work experience
- Basic understanding of syndicated bank loans, fixed income securities, securitization structures, trading, or mutual funds
- Strong analytical skills
- Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, and Excel
