Job Summary
Oversee loan closings by coordinating with internal and external parties while maintaining the deal pipeline and compliance documentation. Conduct credit analysis, portfolio surveillance, and reporting to support underwriting, due diligence, and legal documentation for new and existing loans. Assist in the presentation and defense of credit recommendations to clients. Manage assigned projects with a focus on developing industry knowledge and underwriting skills. This role sits within Global Credit Finance, the lending division of State Street, which serves leading asset managers with CLO and private credit facilities.
