Job Summary
Build and maintain CLO cash flow models, producing transaction analytics for marketing, execution, and internal review. Analyze loan portfolios to distill key metrics and risks that support structuring decisions while ensuring consistency between deal documentation and modeling assumptions. Respond to investor analytics requests, prepare quality-controlled pitch books, and coordinate closing timelines across syndicate, legal, and operations teams. Monitor warehouse status and collateral composition to flag deviations early, manage junior workflows, and identify automation opportunities to enhance team efficiency. Requires prior experience in CLOs or structured credit, advanced Excel, and SIE, Series 7, 63, and 79 licenses.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in CLOs, leveraged finance, structured credit, or a closely related credit markets role
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Advanced Excel
