CLO Operations Analyst

Job Summary
Oversee the Leveraged Loan Closing and Settlement process, assisting in designing scalable operating models and control frameworks. Support operational readiness for new products while identifying automation opportunities to enhance efficiency. Maintain operational procedures and control documentation through collaboration with Portfolio Managers, Traders, Treasury, Risk, Legal, Finance, and external partners. Ensure accurate execution, settlement, servicing, reconciliation, and reporting across syndicated loan and CLO transactions. This permanent hybrid role is based in London with a closing date of 4th August 2026. Candidates should have experience in Loan Operations within Asset Management, familiarity with Order Management Systems like Sentry or Allvue, and proficiency in Microsoft Office with VBA.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree
- Experience within Loan Operations and Processing within Asset Management or relevant Industry experience
- Order Management System
- Familiar with Clearpar, WSO, Datarooms
- Knowledge of Financial Markets, Instruments and Products
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office
Desired Qualifications
- ideally in Finance, Business/Economics or Mathematics
- VBA knowledge in Excel
- CFA, IMC or equivalent qualification
