Job Summary
Initiate patient care, gather vital signs, and prepare exam rooms for procedures. Collect specimens, provide patient education and support, and return patient phone calls as a collaborative member of the clinical team. Requires BLS certification, high school diploma, and minimum one year of clinic experience in family or pediatric care. Phlebotomy experience is preferred. Must possess excellent communication skills, ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency with computers and fax machines. 1st shift, full-time position.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- BLS certification
- Minimum of one year clinic experience in family or pediatric care setting
- Minimum of one year experience working in a clinic setting
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Prioritizing and changing tasks frequently and quickly
- Ability to use computer
- Ability to use fax machine
- Ability to use copy machine
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work well in a team environment
