Job Summary
Register patients, verify insurance, and manage scheduling while answering telephone inquiries. Initiate patient care assessments, collect vital signs, prepare exam rooms, and gather specimens. Provide patient education and support to the physician, patient, and family. Maintain excellent communication skills in a fast-paced environment with prioritization and frequent task changes. Utilize computer, fax, and copy machines with detail-oriented teamwork. Requires high school diploma, Certified Medical Assistant credential, and one year of clinic experience. Phlebotomy and GPMS/EMR experience preferred. BCLS required within orientation.
Required Qualifications

- Minimum of one year clinic experience in clinic setting

- BCLS
