CLN Maintenance Technician (Days)

Maintenance Technician role at GlobalFoundries for the Malta Fab 8 site and the US-based location. Responsible for monitoring, sustaining, and improving semiconductor manufacturing equipment and processes, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems, reviewing instrumentation and process data, and communicating status updates to Lead Tech/Engineer. Requires ability to work in a cleanroom environment, wear appropriate PPE, and operate in a 12-hour shift with potential shift changes. Emphasis on safety, EHS&S compliance, collaboration with production teams, and participation in continuous improvement activities. Strong preference for hands-on experience with schematics/blueprints, basic hand tools, and ability to read electrical diagrams; demonstrated ability to document events and perform end-of-shift pass downs; willingness to participate in training and adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
