Job Summary
Attend to and follow up on occupational injuries and illnesses while providing emergency medical assistance and preventive treatment to plant workers. Manage day-to-day clinical operations of the client clinic, ensuring quality patient care consistent with established policies. Collaborate with other departments, physicians, and clinics to support client health, safety, and environmental policies. Maintain accurate records and reports while establishing effective working relationships with companies, patients, families, physicians, employees, and staff. React calmly in emergency situations and uphold confidentiality of sensitive information. Requires current Alabama RN license, BLS certification, and three years of occupational health clinical nursing experience.
Required Qualifications
- RN Degree from and accredited school of nursing
- Current Alabama State Registered Nurses License
- BLS certification
- Willingness to become certified in Federal Drug and Alcohol testing
- Three (3) years previous experience in occupational health clinical nursing
