Job Summary
Configure leading Contract Lifecycle Management platforms like Icertis, Agiloft, or ContractPodAI to solve specific client business challenges. Act as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure requirements are accurately captured and executed. Drive functional validation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to guarantee system reliability before go-live. Provide client training and create clear documentation to ensure long-term software adoption. This role requires 3–6 years of experience in CLM implementation or legal tech consulting. You must translate business logic into platform configuration and manage multiple projects in a global, cross-functional setting using JIRA and Confluence.
Required Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in CLM implementation or legal tech consulting
- skilled at translating business logic into platform configuration and system logic
- excellent communicator who can manage stakeholders and solve problems effectively in high-stakes environments
- comfortable managing multiple projects in a global, cross-functional setting using tools like JIRA and Confluence
