CLM Consultant / Business Analyst

Job Summary
Own day-to-day client delivery and relationships by running workshops with cross-functional stakeholders to elicit requirements, evaluate business processes, and document user stories and use cases. Act as liaison between clients, technology providers, and internal teams to support implementation, adoption, and migration of CLM technology while resolving issues as they arise. Manage small projects through planning and performance monitoring, ensuring DC delivers to the highest standards. This role sits within the global Client Lifecycle Management Advisory team, supporting engagements such as target model reviews aligned to AML/KYC requirements and technology selection. Candidates will work alongside colleagues or embedded within client project teams to deliver business change and drive organizational transformation.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in business transformation within Financial Services
- Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences
- Excellent business analysis skills (requirements elicitation, process documentation)
- Strong stakeholder influencing and communication skills, up and down the client structure
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and adapting quickly
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Knowledge of CLM technology, Client Onboarding and Client Due Diligence
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
- prior success as a management consultant or within a change role in a financial services institution

Desired Qualifications
- Understanding of Fenergo/FenX or similar CLM platforms, ideally with SaaS implementation experience
