Job Summary
Clipper (m/w/d) needed to cut short-form videos from existing long-form YouTube content for Omids social channels. Build hooks, moments, and pacing from material; apply effects, texts, B-Roll, and other tools to maximize attention; tailor content for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels. Work independently to prepare and implement feedback quickly. You can work on-site in Viernheim, hybrid, or fully remote from anywhere in Germany. Proactive thinking to optimize content, with strong skills in DaVinci Resolve and/or Adobe Premiere Pro, and excellent German language abilities.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in clipping and building viral content
- Strong sense for trends, pacing, hooks and storytelling
- Excellent knowledge of DaVinci Resolve and/or Adobe Premiere Pro
- Understanding of psychology behind high watchtime on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube
- Structured and reliable work approach
- Excellent German language skills
- Motivation to continuously develop
