Job Summary
Field Executive will spend the majority of time in-store, coaching Beauty Advisors, driving sales across travel retail counters, and ensuring brand standards. Responsibilities include recruiting/onboarding and managing BA headcount, coordinating promotions and in-store programs, training BAs on brand stories and selling skills, monitoring product trends, providing promotions reports, and collaborating with ASOM and Marketing. Travel is required; the role emphasizes in-store coaching, performance analysis, and maintaining customer-focused brand experiences.
Required Qualifications
- B.A degree with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience
- Willingness to travel
- Proficient in MS Office and Excel
- Good presentation skills
- Comfortable with virtual tools (Zoom, Skype) for in-person or virtual meetings
- Experience in travel retail or beauty/brand environments
- Proven sales track record
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Ability to coach and motivate Beauty Advisors
- In-store coaching and training experience
- Ability to work in-store and travel as needed
