Field Executive for Clinique in Huntsville, AL, spending 70% of time in-store coaching Beauty Advisors, overseeing sales and marketing-support activities. Responsibilities include reviewing retail sales targets, analyzing performance against objectives, generating sales reports, ensuring brand image and visual merchandising align with standards, coordinating and executing promotions and in-store programs, ensuring BA awareness of marketing calendars, coaching BAs to achieve sales goals, collaborating with ASOM and Store Design Visual Merchandising, monitoring product trends, ensuring go-to-market materials are available, and providing in-store training and coaching on selling skills and brand stories. Travel is required; strong emphasis on in-store presence, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Education teams. Qualifications include a BA degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong presentation and communication skills, proficiency with MS Office/Excel, willingness to travel, and a proven sales track record.
