Job Summary
Clinique Counter Manager drives store results through leadership of a cosmetics counter team, delivering personalized client relationships and engaging service in a fast-paced, commission-based environment. Responsibilities include managing promotions and events, coaching associates on product knowledge, suggestive selling, and artistry techniques; leveraging clienteling tools to deliver a personalized omnichannel experience; ensuring inventory accuracy, visual merchandising, and store cleanliness; coordinating staffing and scheduling with store leaders; and fostering partnerships with vendors, customers, and the community to drive loyalty and sales.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of retail experience
- Associates/license/cosmetology licenses required or maintained by associates
- Professional licenses and certifications as required by state/local regulatory boards
