Clinique Beauty Advisor - Full Time

The Clinique Beauty Advisor drives sales and delivers a positive customer experience by providing excellent service through building client relationships, performing product applications, and offering customized recommendations. This role has genuine enthusiasm for the beauty and fragrance industry, a competitive drive, and confidence to excel in a fast-paced commission environment. Responsibilities include demonstrating ownership and accountability in achieving store objectives and metrics, creating memorable store experiences through relationships with teammates, vendors, customers, and the community, building customer loyalty via personalized consultations and clienteling tools, executing successful promotions and events, leveraging omnichannel tools to inform customers about inventory and product details, utilizing brand resources and training to improve product knowledge and selling behaviors, supporting store merchandising, and assisting with store operations and safety guidelines. The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, being able to move and lift up to 40 lbs, and maintaining required professional licenses/certifications as applicable.
