Job Summary
Provide Individual Therapy, Group Therapy and classes according to Clinical Soundness and Best Practices; maintain complete/accurate clinical records; ensure compliance with California BBS standards and related manuals (Standards and Practices Manual, Outpatient Charting Manual); perform accurate service entries and billing; respond to crisis calls and walk-in clients; attend trainings; meet productivity targets; maintain client lists and follow up on no-shows; participate in chart monitoring/review; provide statistical information as requested; maintain open communication with Clinical Supervisor and Clinic Director; perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage, and Family Counseling or a related field from an accredited college/university
- Current licensure or intern status, in good standing, as a therapist in the State of California.
