Job Summary
Clinician/Therapist providing individual and group therapy (DBT, Recovery, Trauma Empowerment, and other evidence-based therapies) with comprehensive clinical documentation, pre-admission assessments, and active participation in program teams and supervision. Responsibilities include tailoring person-centered Treatment and Transition Plans, delivering family therapy when indicated, offering backup coverage for co-clinicians, maintaining timely clinical documentation, facilitating team meetings and regional sync-ups, participating in MCO reviews, and delivering ongoing DBT Skills and other therapeutic education within a multidisciplinary treatment milieu. Requires licensure in the applicable state (LCSW/LPC/LMHC/PsyD/Ph.D. or license-eligible), minimum 2 years' direct clinical experience, ability to collaborate with diverse professionals, strong organizational and communication skills, driving capability, and commitment to HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
- Possesses a clinical license in the state of employment as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Psychologist (PsyD., Ph.D.). We will consider license eligible.
- Minimum of 2 years direct clinical experience in providing comprehensive care for individuals with multi-diagnostic psychiatric and co-occurring substance use disorders (as well as IDD/ASD diagnoses) in a residential setting preferred
- Ability to collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and time management skills
- Must possess a valid, non-commercial driver's license with a clean driving record

- Availability for consultation during crisis situations as needed
