Job Summary
As a Clinician Technician at Terros Health, provide a safe environment in a residential setting for clients through skills training designed for community integration and self-sufficiency. Responsibilities include screenings, assessments, treatment planning, case load management, crisis management, and coordination of care. Engage clients in Independent Living Skills (ILS) activities, health promotion, personal assistance, and vocational skills training. Required qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent, relevant behavioral health experience, and a valid Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED and at least 1.5 years of relevant experience in a behavioral health setting
- Associate’s degree in a behavioral health field
- Bachelor’s degree in the behavioral health field
- Non-behavioral health field bachelor’s degree with one year of relevant experience in a behavioral health setting
- Must pass DCS Central Registry check
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Background check
- Minimum typing speed of 25 wpm
- Valid Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain it
- Current Arizona Driver License and a satisfactory 39-month Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)

- Must pass DCS Central Registry check without any disqualifying events
- Must be at least 21 years of age
