Job Summary
As an On-Call Clinician Technician, you will engage clients in skills training, manage treatment planning and crisis coordination, and provide direct support in a residential setting. Responsibilities include conducting screenings and assessments, overseeing medication processes, and submitting clinical documentation. This position requires either a High School Diploma/GED with relevant behavioral health experience, or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree with related experience. Flexibility to choose shifts makes it ideal for students or those seeking to supplement their income. CPR and First Aid certifications are required, along with background checks and possible additional clearances.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED plus 1.5 years of relevant experience in a behavioral health setting
- Associate’s degree in a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in a non-related field plus 1 year of relevant experience in a behavioral health setting
- Some assignments require an Arizona DPS Class One Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Some assignments require a current Arizona Driver License and a current satisfactory 39-month Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Must be 21 years of age
- Background Check
- Minimum 1 year recovery from drugs and/or alcohol
- Minimum typing speed of 25 wpm
- Possession of or the ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certifications
- Evidence of freedom from infectious pulmonary tuberculosis
