Job Summary
As a Clinician Technician, you will provide direct support to clients in a residential setting and assist with skills training for community integration and self-sufficiency. Responsibilities include screenings, assessments, treatment planning, case load management, and crisis management. Additionally, you will oversee medication processes and engage clients in Independent Living Skills (ILS) activities, health promotion, and vocational skills training. Required qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED with relevant experience, or an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health field. Candidates must pass background checks and hold a valid Arizona Driver License.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED and at least 1.5 years of relevant experience in a behavioral health setting
- Associate’s degree in a behavioral health field
- Bachelor’s degree in the behavioral health field
- Non-behavioral health field bachelor’s degree and one year of relevant experience in a behavioral health setting
- Must pass DCS Central Registry check without any disqualifying events
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Background check
- Minimum typing speed of 25 wpm
- Valid Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain an Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Current Arizona Driver License and a current satisfactory 39-month Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
