Job Summary
As a Clinician Technician at Terros Health, you will provide direct support and engage clients in Independent Living Skills (ILS) activities, health and wellness promotion, personal assistance services, rehabilitation and vocational skills training, and crisis management. Responsibilities also include conducting screenings, assessments, treatment planning, case load management, and overseeing the medication process. Preferred qualifications include experience in a behavioral health setting, strong crisis management skills, and proficiency in clinical documentation.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
- At least 1.5 years of relevant experience in a behavioral health setting
- Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card or ability to obtain one
- Current Arizona Driver License and satisfactory 39-month MVR
- Minimum typing speed of 25 wpm
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a behavioral health setting
- Background knowledge in clinical documentation
- Skills in crisis management and coordination of care
